- About us
IRONRESOLVE is operated by Neil Simper trading as IRONRESOLVE.
Business address: 26 West End, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB6 3AY, United Kingdom.
Email: hello@ironresolve.co.uk
These terms apply to digital products purchased directly from ironresolve.co.uk.
- Our digital products
Our downloadable workbooks are supplied as PDF files. No physical product will be posted.
The product page explains what each purchase includes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are one-off payments and do not include coaching, personal support sessions or membership.
Workbooks are in English and designed for printing and completing by hand. You need an internet connection to download your file and a device with software capable of opening PDFs. Printing requires access to a printer; paper and printing costs are your responsibility.
Handwritten examples shown on the website are illustrations. They are not included in your workbook unless the product description says otherwise.
- Prices and ordering
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, is displayed before you place your order. Digital downloads have no shipping charge.
You can review and correct your order and contact details before completing checkout. Payment methods available are displayed at checkout.
Your contract with us begins when we accept your order and send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
Please provide an accurate email address so you can receive your order information and download link.
- Delivery and download support
Following successful payment and acceptance of your order, your download link will normally be available on the order confirmation page and in your order email.
Any download limits or expiry periods will be stated before purchase.
Save a copy of your file for your personal use. If your link does not arrive, does not work or your file will not open, contact hello@ironresolve.co.uk with your order number. Please also check your spam folder.
- Cancellation rights
You normally have 14 days from the day after your digital purchase contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.
If you expressly request immediate supply during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, your right to cancel ends when supply begins. We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in a format you can save, such as your order email.
Accepting these terms alone does not constitute that express consent and acknowledgement.
If you have not given the required consent and acknowledgement, your cancellation rights remain. You may cancel by emailing hello@ironresolve.co.uk or writing to our business address with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Where a cancellation refund is due, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using your original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
This section does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.
- Faulty files and refunds
You have statutory rights under UK consumer law. Paid digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its particular purpose where required by law, and as described.
If your file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us with your order details and explain the problem.
We will provide the remedy required by law. This may include repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction or refund where repair or replacement is impossible or is not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
- Personal use and copyright
Your purchase gives you permission to download, store and print the workbook for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may print additional copies for your own use. You must not share the file with others, upload it publicly, resell it or distribute copies without our written permission.
For use with clients, groups, organisations or coaching programmes, contact us about permission before purchasing.
Copyright remains with IRONRESOLVE or the relevant rights holder.
- Purpose of the workbooks
Our workbooks provide educational material and prompts for personal reflection and action.
They do not provide medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis or personalised professional advice. They are not a substitute for support from a qualified professional where that is needed.
We do not promise a particular personal, health, career or financial outcome.
- Our responsibility
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- Purchases through other websites
If you follow a link to Amazon or another retailer and purchase there, your purchase contract is with that retailer. Its terms, delivery arrangements and returns process apply.
These terms cover purchases made directly through ironresolve.co.uk.
- Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use personal information in connection with orders and enquiries.
- Questions and complaints
Please email hello@ironresolve.co.uk with your order number and details of any question or complaint. You can also write to the business address above.
We will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you place your order applies to that purchase.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these terms removes your right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
Cancellation form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel and still have a right to do so. You may instead send any clear statement of cancellation.
